Returns & Refunds
If you wish to do a return, please contact us first to receive the Return Merchandise Authorization and return address. Returns must be received within 14 days. We are sorry, but we do not accept returns after the allocated time. If there is a problem with the item when you receive it, please let us know and we will do what we can to fix it. If you decide that you don’t want the item, you may return it within the 14 day period, but shipping for the item will not be refunded.
The item(s) must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, otherwise the return cannot be accepted.
Shipping Policy
We generally ship items within two business days (USPS First Class 1st item is from 3.99). If the item is purchased during the weekend or holiday it will go to the normal cycle of two business days. While that is the general time table we work with, a large majority of the orders will be shipped within two business days.
