Return Policy

"If you are not 100% satisfied, you will receive a full refund less shipping charges for packages returned within two weeks of your delivery date."  Please contact me for return permission at 13loisbecker@gmail.com

• Please contact me for a return code.
• Returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when received and without signs of wear or damage in any way.
• It must be carefully packed and insured.
• Once your return is processed a refund will be issued for the cost of the merchandise less the amount for shipping, handling and insurance charges.
• Please allow 7 to 12 business days after I receive your return for a refund that will be posted to your account.
• If your purchase was through a charity event, due to the fact that I give a percent of each sale to the charity, no refunds will be allowed. Please note there will be no refunds or returns for special custom orders.
